We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates for the MARKETING INTER position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.

Key activities supporting the Category Manager include:

- Supporting market analysis
- Contributing to sell-in and sell-out performance analysis




- Assisting in the tracking and monitoring of monthly forecasts
- Supporting the definition of brand strategy and brand plans (ATL and BTL activities)
- Collaborating on the development of consumer promotions tailored to different sales channels
- Providing support across the brand innovation pipeline (product launches, campaigns, new product development, and line extensions)
- Supporting communication initiatives across different targets and sales channels
- Contributing to digital and real-time marketing projects, with a focus on e-commerce channel activation

The minimum qualification for this role are:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics and / or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Mktng (combined with sales, or only)
- Interest in New consumers trend (online/offline)
- Interest in multichannel management
- Good knowledge of Office ( Power point, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Skills requested: accuracy;

analytics, planning andorganization;

results orientation;
problem solving
- Italian language. Proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing English is required

What we offer:

Location: Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia n.70

Duration: initially 6 months

Working hours: Full-time (37.45 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)

Smart working: Up to 2 days per week

Monthly allowance: €900

Meal vouchers: €8 per day worked on-site
