Your Role

As part of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing wind farm projects from early‑stage development to readiness for construction. You will manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders in preparing environmental, technical, and financial studies required throughout project development. Your work will include reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, Single Authorization documentation, feasibility studies, and environmental due diligence for wind projects, as well as conducting site visits and ensuring progress and quality standards are met. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, execution timelines, and prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities (EIA procedures, Single Authorization, PAUR), maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will also manage relationships with authorities, support stakeholder engagement activities, and participate in public consultations as part of the permitting process.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Advancing wind farm projects from early development to construction readiness.
- Coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for environmental, technical, and financial studies.
- Reviewing EIA reports, feasibility studies, and environmental due diligence.
- Conducting site visits with consultants and subject‑matter experts.
- Managing project budgets and execution timelines.
- Preparing and submitting applications to authorities and managing permitting processes.
- Engaging with authorities and participating in public consultations.
- Collaborating with internal engineering, environmental, and financial teams for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications
- Degree in a scientific or technical field (e.G., Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering);





a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
- At least 10 years of experience in renewable project development (wind, solar PV, or other energy sectors).
- Solid project management experience with coordination of consultants, contractors, and internal specialists.
- Experience preparing and managing project budgets and timelines.
- 1–2 years of GIS experience in a development context.
- Advanced Italian language skills and proficiency in English for internal documentation.
- Experience in permitting processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time for site visits.

Benefits

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, a salary up to €60,000 gross plus premio (depending on experience), and life and medical insurance.
