As our customer base expands and our international footprint grows (currently operating across 5+ European markets, including France and Bulgaria), we are looking for a Head of Operations to build, refine,



and scale the operational engine powering our Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance teams.
Operating Workflows & Bottleneck Identification: Map, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue Ops (Sales, Marketing, CS), People Ops, Legal, and Finance Ops across multiple countries.
Operations Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the functional roadmap from start to finish. Cross-Team Tooling & CRM Architecture: Act as the primary architect for our GTM and company tooling stack (HubSpot, Clay, Aircall, Aimfox, etc.). Lead tool selection, integration, and consolidation decisions.
AI & Agentic Automation Leadership: Keep Lexroom at the non-engineering AI frontier. Implement internal AI tools, orchestration agents, and automated workflows, evangelizing AI adoption across non-technical teams.
Manage, mentor, and grow the team of operational specialists and leads. Establish clear working rhythms, 1:1s, parallel project execution,
