Main Purpose of the role

For our HR team based in Lainate, we are looking for a new colleague as HR Advisor.

What you will do
- Manage employee relations and case management end to end;
- Coach managers on performance, development, and team issue;
- Translate global HR policies into local practices;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws;
- Ensure data quality and update HR IS;
- Act as liaison between Global HR CoE and local business needs;
- Support workforce data insights and report;
- Escalete complex or strategic issues to HR Business Partners.

Our Perfect Candidate
- Degree in HR, business, or a related field;
- 3 years in an HR advisory or generalist role within an international, matrixed organization;
- Working knowledge of local labor law;
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms;
- Track record of translating global policy into local practice;




- Data literacy and strong attention to detail
- Effective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model;
- Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters;
- Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills.

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 33,000€. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
