Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) is seeking an HR Business Partner in Italy, based at the Pipeline Receiving Terminal in Melendugno. You will be the first point of reference on people matters for employees and managers in Italy, partnering with site management and TAP’s HR teams.
Reporting to HRBP and TA Lead, you will manage employee relations, oversee onboarding through offboarding, and coordinate payroll inputs with our HR Operations and external provider.
