That's exactly why we're looking for you.Whether you come from logistics or from sales in another industry matters less.## What you'll doYou are Spedination's voice for the Italian market.* Look after Italian customers and grow the partnership* Win new customers in Italy, South Tyrol and beyond* Understand what shippers need and offer the right transport solutions* Calculate, negotiate and close offers* Work closely with dispatch – you are the bridge between customer and team* Keep track of your own customers and numbersIn short:

But you should:* Speak and write very good Italian and confident German* Enjoy picking up the phone and approaching people* Be able to negotiate and go for the close* Think commercially – revenue without margin is not a success* Keep going, even when it doesn't work out the first time* Work in an organised and independent way* English is a plusExperience in logistics, freight forwarding or sales helps, but isn't required.
