To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your responsibilities

- Welcoming and looking after our national and international guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest correspondence by phone and in writing
- Handling reservations and booking enquiries
- Administrative tasks at reception
- Close cooperation with housekeeping and service

What you bring

- Previous experience at reception is desirable
- Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English
- A friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner
- Organisational talent and an independent way of working
- Confident handling of PCs and common hotel software (ASA) is a plus — but we’re happy to teach you
