The Role
As a Renewals Specialist ,



you will drive customer retention and ensure high operational efficiency across our legal accounts. You will manage the entire renewal process , proactively prevent churn through usage data analysis, and partner closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain CRM hygiene and safeguard our recurring revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
Own the renewal process end to end for an assigned portfolio : track upcoming renewal dates, prepare and send renewal paperwork, and keep pricing and terms accurate in HubSpot.
Monitor customer engagement/usage scores across the book on a regular cadence , flag at-risk accounts early, and run proactive outreach to re-engage customers before churn becomes likely.
Support CSMs on their own portfolios : prepare renewal packages, chase signatures, keep CRM data clean, and take on administrative or lower-touch account tasks so CSMs can focus on strategic relationships and expansion.
