ppPerformance and Talent Management team is part of the HR People Development area. We strive for enhancing Prysmian employees growth and development, nurturing talents and cultivating leaders. /p pAs a bPerformance and Talent Management Intern /b, you will support the design, implementation, and deployment of initiatives that foster talent development and employee growth. You will work with a team dedicated to enhancing professional growth through innovative tools and data analysis. You will report to the Performance and Talent Management Senior Specialist. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and enhance the efficiency of performance and talent management processes in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liPerform data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting in collaboration with the digital HR team. /li liCollaborate and support the deployment and effectiveness of performance and talent management initiatives across functions and regions. /li liPlan, organize, and support initiatives related to performance and talent management activities and meetings with key stakeholders. /li liCreate engaging materials such as presentations, toolkits, and handouts. /li liSupport internal communication initiatives to promote the deployment of performance and talent management strategies. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liEnthusiastic about performance and talent development, continuous learning, and the industrial business. /li liWillingness to work in an international environment and drive successful outcomes. /li liResults-driven and action-oriented. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. /li liProactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail,
