The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a company committed to developing talent and rewarding performance. /ph3Lead Electrical Delivery on Major Construction Projects /h3pWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our project delivery team and play a key role in the successful execution of complex electrical installations. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can coordinate site activities, drive quality standards, maintain a strong safety culture, and lead electrical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. /ph3The Role /h3pReporting to the Construction Manager/Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating installation activities, managing subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality,
and performance. /ppYou will take ownership of your work area, support project planning and execution, and provide leadership to electrical trades throughout the project lifecycle. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Project Delivery Planning /h3ulliLead and coordinate electrical installation teams on site. /liliDevelop and manage short‑term look‑ahead plans. /liliCoordinate with other trades to maintain programme milestones. /liliMonitor progress and report on productivity, manpower, and project status. /liliSupport testing, commissioning and project handover activities. /li /ulh3Quality Management /h3ulliEnsure installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. /liliImplement project Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /liliCarry out regular quality inspections and audits. /liliManage snagging activities and drive timely close‑out of defects. /liliMaintain accurate site documentation, red‑line drawings, and quality records. /li /ulh3Health, Safety Environmental /h3ulliPromote a 'Zero Harm' safety culture on site. /liliEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved RAMS and permit systems. /liliConduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site audits. /liliMonitor housekeeping standards and safe working practices. /liliInvestigate and report incidents, implementing corrective actions where required. /liliDemonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure compliance from all personnel and subcontractors.
