Your work will help ensure that TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries receive the healthcare services and support they need. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do: /b /h3 ul libVerify Benefits Enrollment: /b Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more via systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis. /li libPrimary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: /b Follow Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to make individual and batch PCM updates. /li libEducation Customer Service: /b Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone. /li libClaims Assistance: /b Provide basic claims status updates and support. /li libConduct Briefings: /b Lead informational sessions for various events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement. /li libData Management: /b Collect and record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) info into applicable systems. /li libAssess Escalate Issues: /bEvaluate the level of assistance needed and refer or elevate complex issues as needed for proper resolution.



/li libCompliance Confidentiality: /b Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), and complete Leidos and other training courses on time. /li libCollaborate Support: /b Assist with remote support, train new team members, and other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3bBasic Qualifications: /b /h3 ul liEducation:ul liBachelor's degree in a related field bOR /b; /li liAssociate's degree in a related field PLUS 4 years of health-related experience bOR /b; /li liMajor certification in a related field PLUS 4 years of health-related experience bOR /b; /li liHigh school diploma PLUS 8 years of health-related experience. /li /ul /li liU.S. Citizenship /li liSOFA/Command-Sponsored status (as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor supporting the DoD) /li liMust have a Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit /li liEligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1) /li li3+ years of customer service experience /li /ul h3bEssential Skills: /b /h3 ul liFluent in English with strong written and oral communication /li liProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) /li liEffective at delivering presentations /li liAbility to tactfully communicate with others, both in person and on the phone /li liSelf-starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision /li liStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities /li liHigh attention to detail /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications:
