The position leads a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals while maintaining direct responsibility for selected strategic and complex projects. The role ensures the successful delivery of projects in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, profitability and customer satisfaction, both through effective leadership of the project portfolio and through direct project management activities. The position drives business performance, supports strategic growth, develops talent and promotes execution excellence across the organization /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead, develop and coach a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and execution excellence. /li liEnsure the safe, profitable and timely execution of the assigned portfolio of complex hydropower service, rehabilitation and modernization projects. /li liMaintain direct responsibility for selected strategic, complex or high-risk projects, acting as Project Manager and ensuring achievement of contractual, technical, financial and customer requirements. /li liDrive project governance through regular project reviews, risk and opportunity management, escalation management and implementation of corrective actions. /li liEnsure achievement of project financial targets, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, cost control and forecasting accuracy. /li liOptimize resource allocation and workload balancing across the project portfolio, ensuring effective utilization of internal and external resources. /li liSupport Project Managers in the resolution of complex technical, contractual, commercial and organizational challenges.

Equivalent experience in the hydropower, energy or industrial sectors will be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications. /p h3EXPERIENCE /h3 h3Experience /h3 pMinimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Project Management, Project Execution, Site Management or comparable leadership roles in industrial project businesses. Proven experience in managing complex projects with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risk and customer satisfaction. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating resources across multiple projects is required. Previous experience in people management, portfolio management and customer-facing roles is considered a strong asset. /p h3Target Companies and Industries /h3 pHydropower industry preferred, including service, rehabilitation, modernization and new-build projects. Experience in the energy, power generation, industrial equipment, EPC, infrastructure or equivalent project-driven industries will also be considered.
