A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /ph3Avionic System Engineer responsibilities /h3ulliAvionics System requirements capture, allocation, derivation, validation and verification, and architecture definition derived from end customer operational requirements and certification requirements, /liliDefinition of electro-avionics design and integration by functional schematics preparation and subsystem Interface Control Documents analysis to be used as input for aircraft installation drawings, /liliDevelopment of System Level requirements for software components, /liliConduct the Avionics System Development Lifecyle, in terms of System Requirements Review, Design Reviews, SW Requirements Reviews, Test Readiness Review, Flight Clearance and Final Qualification Reviews: prepare presentations and lead/support technical design reviews, /liliPreparation of detailed equipment and systems specification and Statement of Work documentation and monitoring of supplier development and qualification activity,
/liliPreparation and execution of Bench Test procedures and aircraft test procedures for the Avionics systems, participate in aircraft trials, including off-site test Ranges; /liliPreparation of Certification documentation for Avionics Systems (i.e. Design Report, Ground / Flight Test Plan Report, Analysis, Qualification and Compliance Reports), /liliTechnical management of external suppliers, /liliSupport to Production and Customer Support for troubleshooting analysis and aircraft test execution, /liliLiaison with Customers, internal and external, /liliSupporting bid activities with future Customers. /li /ulh3Mission /h3pAnalysis of requirements, definition of methods, architecture design, development and integration of systems, subsystems, applications or platforms; Focus on Avionics Systems /ph3Activities /h3ulliDefine and develop integration requirements/system analysis/architecture of Avionic Systems /liliPrepare documentation /liliPerform analysis of integration requirements/system/architecture of Avionic Systems /liliTrace and prioritize integration requirements/system analysis. /liliManage agreement on integration requirements/system analysis/architecture of Avionic Systems /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering /liliGood command of English (written and spoken)
