Join us and let's write our next chapter together. /p pbWhat you will be doing: /bbr/For a multinational company operating in the transportation sector, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with proven experience in Labor Relations.br/The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel Italy and will be responsible for managing legal matters in the employment law area, supporting the business in both strategic and operational decisions /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liProvide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and management /li liManage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms where necessary /li liSupport extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor law perspective /li liDraft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies /li liMonitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations /li liHandle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processes /li /ul pbr/bWhat do you bring with you: /b /p ul liLaw degree and admission to the Bar /li li5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law gained in reputable law firms or corporate environments /li liIn-depth knowledge of Italian employment law /li liStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) /li liStrong business orientation and ability to work independently /li liExperience in handling/supporting management of labor relations and companies’ reorganization /li /ul pbNice to have: /b /p ul liExperience in multinational environments /li liKnowledge of additional European jurisdictions /li liKnowledge of other languages /li /ul pbr/bWhat do we offer:

This figure represents the minimum of the salary range established for the position.
