/p /li lipSupport test environments and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve scalability, reliability, and repeatability. /p /li lipEvaluate and introduce appropriate testing tools, methodologies, and automation practices across functional and manual testing activities. /p /li lipCollaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality objectives, compliance requirements, and delivery standards are consistently achieved. /p /li lipCommunicate test results, automation progress, quality risks, and improvement recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders. /p /li lipMentor and coach QA team members in automation, Agile, and DevOps practices while helping allocate resources and manage workloads across projects. /p /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul lipProven experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role, with a strong focus on test automation and Agile/DevOps environments. /p /li lipStrong expertise in automation frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll. /p /li lipStrong programming and scripting skills, particularly in C#. /p /li lipHands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. /p /li lipFamiliarity with containerization and cloud-based testing environments, including Docker and Kubernetes. /p /li lipSolid understanding of modern QA methodologies, automation strategies, continuous integration, and shift-left testing. /p /li lipAbility to design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks and establish effective testing processes. /p /li lipStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous quality improvement. /p /li lipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
