This is a remote position located in Milan, Italy

Position Overview:
As Regional Sales Leader for Southern Europe at Inseego, you will own commercial growth of Inseego's Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and mobile broadband portfolio across Italy, Switzerland, and the wider Southern European market. You will be the primary commercial owner of Inseego's relationships with leading regional operators, turning market opportunity into signed contracts and sustainable, profitable revenue.
You will work closely with the SVP, EMEA, and the wider Inseego commercial team to grow Inseego's footprint with mobile network operators, distributors, and enterprise customers across Southern Europe. This includes owning the full commercial cycle — identifying and qualifying opportunities, positioning Inseego's FWA and broadband solutions against customer needs, and negotiating and closing contracts. You will build and protect senior relationships with key accounts such as TIM, Vodafone, WINDTRE, Swisscom, EOLO and Sunrise, and represent Inseego at customer meetings and regional industry events.




This is a role for a driven, commercially minded sales professional who is energized by winning new business and growing existing accounts — not a deeply technical or engineering-focused position. You will be supported by product and solutions specialists, so your primary value is the ability to build trust quickly, negotiate hard, and close deals that work for both the customer and Inseego.
