EU New Seller Success (NSS) is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead EU Self-Service Enablement (SSE). SSE owns the growth of all EU Sellers without holistic Account Management: 95% of EU Sellers across EU10, who grow through self-service products and mass communication on Next Gen Selling (NGS), Seller Central, the Seller App, SPACE, Seller Assistant and Help Pages.
You own the products, channels and intelligence that decide what each Seller is offered, when, on which surface, and whether to intervene at all, measured on Seller growth and engagement. As EU 3P focuses human Account Managers on high-potential Sellers, roughly 85% of new Sellers will grow through SSE. This role builds the AI-led service model that scales account management across the EU through recommendations, automation, one-click actions and conversational channels.
You lead a team of product managers, marketing managers and business intelligence engineers in Luxembourg and India. Most of your roadmap ships on platforms owned by WW product teams (ISS, SPS, NGS), so you write the EU requirements,
negotiate priority and hold partners to delivery. You represent EU in WW forums and set the bar for how Amazon serves self-service Sellers globally.
Key job responsibilities
* Own the EU SSE strategy, multi-year roadmap and operating plan, with goals on Seller growth, engagement, high-value action adoption and incremental GMS.
* Build the intelligence layer with science and tech partners: next-best-action models, blocker detection and incentive programs that decide what to recommend, when, and whether to intervene.
* Own channel activation: SPACE as the governed EU push layer (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications) and NGS as the pull surface where Sellers discover and act, including the quality bar for every card and campaign.
