As part of our continued international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Director to lead and accelerate the growth of Hardis Group Italia.

The opportunity
Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the operational strategy of our Italian subsidiary. You will lead business operations, develop high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
You will oversee the functional, technical and people-related aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget,



while managing client relationships in coordination with the sales teams.
