TSS Damping Solutions (TSS Cuneo) is an international company active in the development and production of high-performance components for the automotive industry. To strengthen our site in Cuneo, we are looking for a professional to join our Sales team as a Junior Automotive Account Manager.
About The Job
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and development of a key customer in the automotive sector while working closely with R&D;, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams at both local and international levels. The purpose of the role is to contribute to business growth, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support project management activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operational and commercial relationships with the assigned customer.
• Support business development activities and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Support the preparation of commercial quotations and pricing activities.
• Contribute to the management of quality and operational issues.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support new product launches and engineering change implementations.
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Account Management roles, preferably within industrial
