The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards across stores in Northern Italy area, ensuring a consistent representation of the brand identity while maximizing the commercial impact of product presentation.

The role will work closely with Retail, Store Management and Visual Merchandising teams,



translating corporate guidelines into effective in-store execution, while adapting them to the specific characteristics and commercial needs of each location.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns across stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with brand identity, store layout, product presentation and window display standards.
• Manage the setup of windows, displays, tables, wall presentations and promotional areas.
• Support store teams with re-layouts, new collection launches, commercial campaigns and special projects.
• Regularly monitor the quality of Visual Merchandising execution across stores and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze the commercial performance of product displays and propose solutions to improve product visibility, customer experience and sell-out.
