About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to drive our business growth in the targeted markets, with a strong focus on indirect sales through dealers and distributors. The ideal candidate will actively promote our industrial door solutions, ensuring product specification within architectural and engineering design firms and building long-lasting relationships with key partners

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network across the assigned region.
• Specify our products within engineering and architectural projects by working closely with design studios and consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Provide technical and commercial support to dealers to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development.

Requirements
• Proven experience in indirect sales (dealers/distributors), ideally within the industrial doors or related building products sector.




• Strong technical sales background with the ability to engage design and engineering professionals.
• Fluent English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
