We are looking for a Production Operator to join our growing team and become a key member of the Production department.
In this position, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of Tensive’s implantable medical devices. You will contribute to production activities carried out in a controlled environment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. As part of the Production team, you will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Engineering teams to support manufacturing operations and drive continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Perform manufacturing activities for implantable medical devices in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.
• Execute production processes according to approved procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure production traceability through the accurate and timely completion of production records and manufacturing documentation.
• Participate in the management of production nonconformities, contributing to root cause investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA&RA;) team on the management of quality system documentation.
Requirements:
• Technical diploma (e.g., Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical, or Biotechnology Technician) or a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of safety principles related to the handling of chemical substances.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Precision, reliability, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
