Ayana Hospitality Bali seeks a Guest Relations Officer - Mandarin Speaking to join our Rooms team at our renowned 5-star resort. You will welcome guests, assist VIPs, prepare welcome folders, and promote services while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 3 or higher) and about 1 year in a luxury resort is required, plus experience with the OPERA system. Indonesian citizenship preferred. A Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management is expected.
