We are looking for a talented and motivated SPA Receptionist with a strong passion for luxury hospitality to join the team at our wellness center. Welcome SPA guests with professionalism and elegance, presenting the services offered by the facility.
Manage the treatment schedule, optimizing bookings and effectively coordinating therapists’ shifts and appointments.
Carefully listen to guests’ needs in order to recommend the most suitable treatments and promote the SPA’s retail product line.




Ensure that the reception area and waiting lounges consistently maintain the standards of order, cleanliness, and atmosphere required by a 5-star luxury property.
Work closely with the hotel Front Office department to ensure smooth communication and provide a fully personalized guest experience.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within 5-star hotel SPAs or luxury wellness centers.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, elegance in demeanor, and a strong customer service attitude.
Excellent command of both Italian and English (knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus).
Good knowledge of major hotel management systems and SPA booking software.
Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Driver's license and car ownership.
