Brik Oven Private Limited invites an experienced Senior Captain to lead front-of-house operations in our Resto Bar format. You will supervise the service team, ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations, and uphold high standards of guest hospitality.
You will handle guest queries, coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service, train and mentor captains and staff, and drive daily sales targets with upselling initiatives while maintaining grooming and discipline standards.
