Milano Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Partner will work closely with the leaders in the organization to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner with managers across the employee lifecycle, translating business priorities into effective people strategies while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters.
Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision‐making.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Law or related disciplines. At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments. Strong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters. Experience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives. Good understanding of Italian employment law. Fluency in Italian and English. Preferred QualificationsExperience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations. Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems. Professional HR certifications are considered a plus.
