# Job Description:

Within the **Cyber & Security Solutions** Business Area, we are looking for a **Cyber Resilience Advisor** for our **Rome Laurentina** office.

The candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in IT security services, information security risk management and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage relationships with international institutions and other relevant stakeholders.

The person will deal with the following activities: * Application of security governance principles; * Execution of cyber security risk analyzes; * Drafting of procedures and policies; * Application of the main national and international regulatory standards and frameworks on IT security in complex contexts.

**Educational qualification:** STEM degree or equivalent education.

**Seniority:** Expert, at least 3 years of experience in the role is required.

**Technical and IT knowledge and skills:** * Knowledge of Standards,



methodologies and frameworks for managing security and cybersecurity risks: * ISO 27001 (Information Security) * ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) * NIST 800-53, NIST 800-160 * NIST 800-171 * NIS2 * Knowledge of security risk management methodologies (e.g. EBIOS, MAGERIT, etc...); * Be able to provide recommendations and best practices for security and cybersecurity risk management; * Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and main reference sources (ENISA, CLUSIT); * Ability to manage IT system vulnerabilities; * Knowledge of security controls and cybersecurity technological solutions; * Knowledge of methods for monitoring, testing and evaluating the effectiveness of security and cybersecurity controls; * Knowledge of Office Automation and Project Planning tools.

**Behavioral skills:** * Flexibility; * Relational and teamwork skills; * Proactivity towards the customer * Attitude to work in international and multicultural contexts.

**Language skills:** Knowledge of the language level B2
