**Job Description:**

Within the PFND Business Unit of Aircraft (Aeronautical Division), we are looking for a **Specialist in National and Community Funding Programs** for our Venegono Superiore (VA) office.

The resource will manage the main activities of:

* Coordination and preparation of economic and management reports for funded programs, including analysis of direct and indirect hourly costs. * Monitoring of cost progress, milestones and performance of funded programs. * Supervision and contribution to functional reporting and definition of performance indicators. * Support for the definition of the budget and the multi-year plan, with variance analysis and corrective proposals. * Interface with internal bodies and functions to ensure compliance with tender requirements. * Contribution to the optimization of program management and reporting processes.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION**

* Degree in STEM, economics,



management or related disciplines with consolidated experience in structured contexts and in roles related to the management of complex or funded programs.

**SENIORITY**

Required experience level: Expert 3-5 years of experience

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

* In-depth knowledge of ERP management systems (preferably SAP), with the ability to extract, consolidate and analyze complex data. * Advanced proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Access, queries and advanced reporting systems). * Solid knowledge of regulations regarding national, regional and community funding. * Basic knowledge of contractual agreements (e.g., Partnership Agreements, Grant Agreements) and of the main administrative and service/supply acquisition processes.

**BEHAVIORAL SKILLS**

* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and a structured approach to process management. * Ability to work in a team.

**LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE**

* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

How does the selection process work?

Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified. Selected candidates undergo a cognitive interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and attitudinal, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business. At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of positive and negative outcome.
