Role Purpose:
- To ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline and capex budgets.
- To lead onboarding project that involves cross-function team internally and owner vendor / contractor

What you'll be doing :
- Visit shortlisted properties and analyze and do assessment of the properties from a building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations point of view
- Prepare and manage all onboarding timeline
- Review and calculate the budget of capital expenditure during the property acquisition process
- Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-function team and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
- Lead & manage a cross-functional team involved in the preparation of the properties to mak
