select the best quality flowers and materialsEnsure floral display in event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occurEnsure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain freshness and qualityMaintain a clean and organized work area, ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirementsOnly for Indonesian CitizenMinimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury resort, or floristry. High-end floral shop is preferredProven working experience with a portfolioExtensive knowledge of floral design, different flower types and arrangementsExcellent artistic and creative skillsExperience in a luxury resort or high-end floral shop is preferredStay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniquesEloquent in English communication in both written and spokenDiploma degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
