Continuously evaluate vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery reliability using structured metrics. /liliReporting Analytics: Generate, maintain, and analyze operational procurement reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply risks. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main procurement point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics, Quality) to align purchasing activities with business requirements.
