Responsibilities
Support Mako robotic and manual joint replacement procedures in clinical settings
Conduct staff training on Stryker products and surgical techniques
Audit theatre inventory, manage consignment stock, and coordinate asset management
Collaborate with regional sales team on customer service, training events, and new product launches
Assess customer needs and communicate product benefits to healthcare providers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related technical/scientific field
Minimum 3 years healthcare industry experience
Native Italian or C2 level Italian; advanced English (C1 minimum)
Strong healthcare industry knowledge
Sales experience with implants preferred
Operating room experience preferred
Compensation:
€35,700–€59,400 EUR annual
