Abbott seeks an Ambassador to manage and expand diagnostic accounts across central Italy. The role involves building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing account development and contract renewals.
Responsibilities
Manage full revenue accountability including forecasting and target achievement
Serve as primary Abbott contact and trusted advisor for customer accounts
Drive account development, strategic management, and post-sales implementation
Conduct regular business reviews and negotiate long-term contract renewals
Support new product expansion and implementation of new tests
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
1–3 years diagnostics industry experience in account management
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
Proven success in similar role with management references
Strong stakeholder engagement and solution-selling abilities
Strategic account management mindset and problem-solving skills
Solid product and industry knowledge
Compensation:
€46,000–€60,000 gross annual salary (RAL); 20% target premio
