Responsibilities
Support delivery and promotion of clinical webinars, digital classrooms, and immersion programs
Manage customer engagement activities including digital promotion and registration tracking
Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback and participation metrics
Collaborate with Clinical Education Specialists and Operations Leaders on educational initiatives




Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for digital education adoption and customer experience
Requirements
Degree or Master's student/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Analytical mindset with reporting and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English and Italian
Digital mindset with interest in technology and emerging solutions
Interest in digital transformation, healthcare education, and customer engagement
