Stryker seeks a Product Support Specialist to provide technical expertise for joint replacement products and Mako robotic surgery systems across northern Italy. The role combines clinical support, customer training, and inventory management in operating room and field-based settings.
Responsibilities
Support Mako robotic and manual joint replacement surgeries in clinical settings
Deliver product training to operating room staff and healthcare professionals
Audit theatre inventory, manage consignment stock, and coordinate asset management
Coordinate training events and new product implementations with regional sales teams
Observe customer needs and identify opportunities for additional Stryker solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related technical/scientific field
Minimum 3 years healthcare industry experience
Native or C2-level Italian and C1-level English proficiency
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and regulatory environments
Experience in operating rooms preferred
Sales experience with implants preferred
Compensation:
€35,700–€59,400 EUR annual
