Overview

In this role you provide business-oriented legal advice to management and staff within Allianz Technology Spa, focusing on IT and commercial law. You will draft and negotiate IT contracts, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide governance and risk mitigation. You will collaborate across international teams and manage external counsel when needed. This position offers exposure to global regulatory developments and a chance to shape legal strategy in a fast-moving tech environment.

Responsabilità

- Draft and negotiate IT contracts and commercial services agreements (software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, partnerships)
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to management and staff
- Monitor, research and address legal issues across the company/branch
- Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation (NIS2, Dora, AI Act) relevant to the business
- Contribute to internal governance policy implementation and risk mitigation




- Collaborate with global Allianz Technology Legal community to develop practices
- Work in cross-functional teams and conduct trainings
- Follow legislative processes nationally and internationally and drive implementation steps
- Oversee and steer external legal counsel when applicable

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master Degree in Italian law or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years’ in-house IT/commercial/contract law experience or in international law firm
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English
- Strong understanding of business environment and international work setting
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Entrepreneurial, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Independent, trusted advisor to local management
