Sales● Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience● Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets● Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers● Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up Customer Service● Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction● Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally Operations & Visual Merchandising● Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment● Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines● Assist with stock management and inventory● Follow payment and POS procedures RequirementsProfile● You love APM Monaco!● You are passionate about sales● You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills● Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus● You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn● You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
