Overview
In this role you will manage the end-to-end execution and analysis of Glovo ads campaigns in Italy, collaborating with the Regional Campaign Management team. You will optimize campaigns on the Glovo ads platform, track performance, and derive insights to improve activation for brands. You’ll build knowledge of ad assets, share best practices, and help scale successful partnerships across categories and countries. This is a data-driven, fast-paced role that shapes how brands reach customers through targeted advertising.

Responsabilità
- Execute advertising campaigns on Glovo platforms with a CPM focus
- Manage full campaign lifecycle: creative sanity checks, setup, live optimization, and performance improvement
- Create campaign reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Leverage data to improve activations for each brand
- Provide media and brand account insights and best-practice guidance
- Become a subject-matter expert on adv assets and share knowledge with Brand Ads team
- Develop success stories to support partnerships rollout across categories and countries
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1-2 years of campaign management experience in media agencies or digital service companies
- Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel, Looker) and ability to handle growth and complexity
- Understanding of paid, owned and earned media, with ability to track and report on performance KPIs
- Excellent English and local language communication skills
- High adaptability in ambiguous environments
- Proactive ownership mindset with action bias, deadline orientation, and hands-on attitude
