Eurofins seeks a recent law graduate for a tax and legal internship at its Milan office. The role involves supporting both tax and corporate legal functions within an international multinational, developing cross-functional knowledge of fiscal, legal, and corporate activities.
Responsibilities
Prepare, collect, and archive corporate documentation and maintain corporate registers
Support recurring corporate compliance activities and legal documentation
Organize documentation for corporate transactions and regulatory reviews
Assist with tax compliance data collection, verification, and deadline management
Conduct legal and tax research, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare analyses using Excel
Requirements
Recent master's degree in law (Giurisprudenza), completed or in progress
Basic knowledge of tax law or economics from university coursework
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong English language skills, written and spoken
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Team collaboration and eagerness to learn across tax and legal domains
Compensation:
