Overview

In this Territory Manager role, you drive commercial growth across assigned accounts to expand the use of Cardiac Occluders and ICE. You partner with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders to optimize procedures and outcomes, while protecting and growing market share. You lead account plans, support imaging-guided workflows, and coordinate cross-functional activities. This role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on clinical and technical support to shape practice patterns in the territory.

Responsabilità

- Manage all accounts in the territory, meeting sales objectives
- Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share
- Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes
- Defend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition
- Monitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with local KOLs
- Drive adoption of imaging solutions (ICE) and imaging-guided workflows
- Provide technical support during procedures and for planning, reviews, and education
- Act as a liaison across cross-functional departments (Clinical Studies, Sales, Customer Service,



Tender Management)
- Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts
- Manage consignment inventory and product availability
- Report Product Event Reports and ensure compliance with quality, legal, and ethical standards

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline
- Significant experience in the medical device industry
- Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists
- Experience with Cardiac Occluders procedures for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion
- Experience supporting Cath Lab and/or Hybrid OR procedures
- Experience with cardiac imaging workflows and ICE is a plus
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
