Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Department. Based in Milan, you will maintain high standards of food production under the Executive Sous Chef, working as part of a luxury hotel team.
Ideal candidates have a global culinary qualification, 3–5 years hotel experience with supervisory exposure, and flexibility for all shifts. The role offers a full-time contract, competitive salary (€24,025.26–€27,525.26 gross annually) and comprehensive employee benefits.
