OPES Impact SGR Società Agevolazioni is looking for a Junior Partner to co-lead OPES Italia II, an Italian impact investing fund, with the aim of contributing to the development of a new standard for impact venture capital in Italy and Europe.

THE ROLE

The Junior Partner will have direct responsibility across the entire fund lifecycle: fundraising, defining and overseeing the investment strategy, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, structuring and managing investments, supporting due diligence and negotiation processes, actively supporting portfolio companies, and building and nurturing a founder community focused on systemic impact.

The role will also involve direct engagement with investors, representing the fund within the impact and venture capital ecosystem, and developing partnerships with co-investors, accelerators and other ecosystem players.

The role requires a balance between strategic vision and strong execution capabilities, with direct and hands‑on involvement in the fund’s activities.



We are looking for someone who wants to contribute not only to investment management, but also to the continuous evolution of OPES’ strategy, operating model, and impact and gender‑lens approach.
