AMS is seeking a Recruiter for Early Careers & Campus delivery to run end-to-end hiring across Italy, with a focus on campus programs and events in Tuscany, including Florence. You will partner with hiring managers and university partners, drive candidate pipelines, and support DE&I; and SLAs.
You will travel regularly to attend on-site events, coordinate logistics, and apply consulting skills to align attraction strategies with hiring demand. English and Italian fluency are essential.
