Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, handling banking and financial services inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
This role requires eligibility to work in Portugal, the ability to work in Lisbon on a full-time basis with a 40-hour week and a rotating 8-hour shift schedule.
