Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, Italy, is seeking a Chef de Rang to join our luxury dining team for the 2027 season. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service at our Pool Grill Restaurant, ensuring flawless guest experiences in a prestigious setting.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, fluent in English and Italian, and has prior luxury dining experience. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager and offers a seasonal Labour contract with exclusive Belmond
