Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & FS specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat to provide professional support and ensure first-contact resolution.
The role offers a 12-month initial contract, full-time 40 hours per week, rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, flight reimbursement, 22 days holiday, comprehensive health insurance, and free
