Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Florence is seeking an experienced Maître d’ with a strong background in fine dining to join the team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Maître d’ will coordinate front-of-house operations and ensure an impeccable, personalized hospitality experience.
The role requires leadership during service, deep knowledge of menu, wine coordination with Sommelier, and the ability to maintain high standards even during peak hours.
