We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional ready to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth in the Italian market.

Your Mission
- Develop and strengthen a network of equestrian retailers across Italy.
- Build long-term commercial partnerships with key industry players.
- Introduce and develop Ikonic’s portfolio of premium equestrian brands in the Italian market.
- Identify and acquire new strategic retail accounts.
- Drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.
- Represent the brands at professional events and trade shows.
- Work closely with the European management team to implement the commercial strategy.

Remote position, with frequent travel throughout Italy.

Your Profile
- Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry
