we are looking for a Contract Manager for our Venegono Superiore site.
Description of activities:

* Interfacing with the Client for the management of contractual obligations and related deliverables, ensuring the uniqueness of administrative/contractual communication;
* Supporting the definition of the pricing strategy/commercial terms and payment plan, consistent with the cost estimate;
* Receiving RFI/RFP/RFQ and related responses concerning any contractual variation for already acquired contracts and coordinating the offer's Kick Off to launch the cost estimate;
* In coordination with Sales, preparing, issuing, and negotiating offers related to product modifications and the use of "open quotas," within the management rules provided by already acquired contracts, with the assistance of the Legal Unit where competent;
* Supporting Sales and ILSM for the stipulation of new acquisition contracts with the client in conjuncti
