**Job Description:**

Within the Aircraft Delivery area, we are looking for a Flight Line Department Head for our Frosinone office.

The person will be responsible for the following main activities:

* Coordinate the activities of the Department, controlling costs and the allocation of resources operating in the Hangar * Ensure the correct supply of necessary materials to the department through contacts with the Material Management unit * Use SAP and MES applications for workforce management * Coordinate the Team Leaders of the department for the organization and assignment of activities, shifts of the workforce, in order to achieve business objectives * Ensure the availability and verify the suitability of the equipment necessary for carrying out Helicopter maintenance activities recalled by technical documentation * Analyze critical issues and problems of operational activities in order to identify possible solutions based on continuous improvement * Supervise the progress of department activities,



ensuring compliance with delivery times for customers * Supervise Flight Line activities so that they are performed in accordance with the maintenance manuals applicable to the Helicopter and in compliance with Company Procedures * Ensure that activities are carried out maintaining order and cleanliness to prevent and mitigate FOD risk * Supervise Helicopter refueling activities so that they are carried out in compliance with applicable Safety Procedures

**Education:** Engineering Degree

**Seniority:** Expert (3-5 years) in positions of responsibility

**Technical knowledge:**

* Components and parts of a Helicopter * Specific technical documentation * Structural characteristics of commonly used materials (steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.) * Sector regulations (specific ISO standards, EASA, ENAC, safety, quality, etc.) * Organizational and visual communication through Aircraft marshalling * ATC (Air Traffic Control) management procedures

**Behavioral skills:** Flexibility, Problem Solving, Proactivity, Adaptability, Communication skills with internal and external company stakeholders

**Language skills:** English (at least B1 level)

**Computer skills:** Office Package, SAP, Database consultation

Availability for business trips required

**How does the selection process work?**

Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.

Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.
